- All products are subject to availability.
- Orders must be paid for before despatch.
- When you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- If the product you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you by e-mail and may suggest an alternative product. You may choose a replacement or accept a refund.
- You may cancel your order by e-mail up to the point of despatch.
- VAT at 20% is charged on all goods.
Delivery
- Delivery is only available within the UK and Ireland.
- Delivery charges are based on the total order value as follows:
£0.01 – £10.00 = £2 delivery charge
£10.01 – £20.00 = £4
£20.01 – £30.00 = £6
£30.01 – £40.00 = £8
£40 and over = free delivery
- Delivery is made by Royal Mail standard parcels and should be received within 5 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery times – especially during busy periods or during adverse weather.
Returns
- G D Distribution are unable to accept returned goods unless damaged or defective.
- Do not return goods unless agreed in advance with G D Distribution.
- Return of goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and is at their cost.
- Damaged or defective goods shall be replaced or refunded at the choice of the purchaser.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
